Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care and monitor patient health
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians to deliver quality care
• Document patient vitals and report changes in condition
• Support patients with daily living activities
• Maintain a safe, comfortable environment

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Vermont or a compact state
• BLS certification required
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and 40 hours per week

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Knowledge of EHR documentation
• Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
