Shift Type: Rotating days, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress, documenting changes accurately
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Mexico
- At least 1 year of recent LPN experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of geriatric nursing principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
