Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with attention to detail
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
- Support residents and families with education and emotional encouragement
- Document clinical information accurately to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in New Mexico or compact license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum one year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

- Medication administration and documentation
- Wound care and infection control
- Patient assessment and vital-sign monitoring
- Electronic health record proficiency
