Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide attentive daily care and support to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
• Follow facility procedures and maintain a safe care environment
• Communicate clearly with residents, families and the care team
• Maintain required identification and wear a facility photo badge
• Follow applicable health and safety requirements throughout the assignment

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Assistant qualification required for the role
• Reliable transportation to the facility
• State or federally issued identification required
• Willingness to wear a photo badge at all times
• Completed original or updated COVID-19 vaccination, or a documented religious or medical exemption from the employer
