Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities to residents
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for optimal patient care
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

• Active LNA license in New Hampshire or Vermont (compact state)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• COVID-19 vaccine or approved exemption required
• Minimum 6 months of experience as an LNA preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in basic patient care and vital signs monitoring
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
• Time management and prioritization abilities
