Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Assist with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, grooming, and mealtimes
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
• Document care provided accurately and promptly
• Support mobility and repositioning to keep residents safe and comfortable
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in New Hampshire or Vermont
• Compassionate and dependable with a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with facility requirements
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption as required
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic resident care techniques and safety protocols
• Skill in taking and recording vital signs
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Understanding of infection prevention practices
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
