Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Support mobility and transfer needs with dignity and respect
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and families
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver personalized treatment plans
• Document care accurately and timely to ensure continuity

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in Vermont or New Hampshire (or compact state)
• Minimum 0 years of experience - new graduates welcome to apply!
• BLS certification preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of a state-approved LNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of long-term care and skilled nursing facility practices
• Excellent interpersonal and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Time management and organizational skills to handle a fast-paced setting
