Location: Bakersfield, California

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with rotational call after hours and weekend on-call
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $83 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform interventional radiology procedures including dialysis cath, IVC, TIPPS, and CT biopsies
- Operate GE Innova, MedRad Injector, GE Logic Book, and Angiojet equipment
- Support two campuses and participate in rotational call coverage
- Collaborate with radiologists and nursing staff to ensure patient safety and quality imaging
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to infection control protocols
Qualifications
- ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required; Vascular Interventional (VI) certification preferred
- Experience with interventional radiology equipment and procedures
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work on-call shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in Cerner and Radnet EMR systems
- Skilled in using GE Innova, MedRad Injector, GE Logic Book, and Angiojet
- Knowledge of interventional procedures: dialysis cath, IVC, TIPPS, CT biopsies
