Interventional Radiology Technologist - IR
Location: Margate, Florida
Start Date: 08-10-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, mandatory call rotation
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform interventional radiology procedures with precision and care
- Assist radiologists during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Operate advanced imaging equipment including GE innova and Philips biplane
- Monitor patient status and ensure safety throughout procedures
- Document accurately in Meditech and MAC lab systems
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Neuro experience strongly preferred
- Previous travel experience a plus
- Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments
- Excellent independent work skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in interventional radiology techniques and equipment
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to changing patient needs and schedules
