Shift Type: Rotating 12‑hour shifts, 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Hours per Week: 48
Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced hospital setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting
- Support patients and families with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of experience
- Valid RN license in Missouri
- Strong clinical skills in acute care
- Excellent communication and teamwork
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical assessment and patient monitoring
- Medication administration and IV therapy
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving
- Electronic Health Record proficiency
- Patient education and discharge planning
