Shift Type: Saturday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to elderly patients, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient comfort and safety
Support residents with meals, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
Maintain a clean and safe environment, following infection control protocols

Qualifications

Certified Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) in Maryland
Current CPR certification
Experience working with elderly or rehabilitation patients preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care skills with a focus on dignity and respect
Empathy and patience when working with residents
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
