Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible day shifts, typically 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living for geriatric patients
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient comfort and safety
Support patients with meals, hydration, and personal hygiene needs
Collaborate with the rehab team to promote patient progress and well-being

Qualifications

Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
