Shift Type: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to elderly residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure resident safety
Support residents with meals and hydration
Engage residents in activities to promote social and emotional well-being

Qualifications

Active Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification in Maryland
Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
Empathy and patience when working with elderly patients
Attention to detail for accurate documentation
Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
