Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, plus rotating weekends
Hours per Week: 43
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain floor equipment including burnishers, scrubbers, and carpet extractors
- Perform floor care procedures such as stripping, waxing, and burnishing
- Ensure proper use of chemicals and infection control protocols
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly floor maintenance schedules
- Communicate equipment issues promptly and assist with general housekeeping duties
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of floor care and maintenance experience preferred
- Floor Tech certification preferred
- Willingness to work every other weekend and handle bodily fluids with proper PPE
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Operational knowledge of floor equipment and chemicals
- Understanding of floor pad types and uses
- Ability to follow infection control and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Team player with customer service focus
