Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a wide variety of emergency and critical care patients, from behavioral health to ICU-level acuity
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, prioritize care, and respond quickly to changes in patient status
• Administer medications, interventions, and life-saving treatments per protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the care team to ensure seamless, high-quality care
• Adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining compassion and professionalism
• Document accurately and communicate effectively with patients and families

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department or ICU experience post-orientation
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
• Experience with high-acuity patients and critical care is essential
• Ability to commit to a 13-week travel assignment
• Willing to provide coverage for holidays as required
