Shift Type: Day shifts, Monday-Friday, with on-call as needed

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $90 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert support to the electrophysiology team during EP procedures
Cover catheterization lab on non-EP days to ensure seamless patient care
Scrub and circulate in both EP and cath procedures with precision
Operate fluoroscopy equipment safely and effectively
Mentor and guide EP team members to enhance their technical skills
Assist with scheduling and PTO coverage to maintain optimal staffing

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of EP scrub and stimulation experience required
Proficiency in fluoroscopy and cath lab procedures
Ability to teach and guide teammates effectively
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Associates degree in cardiovascular technology preferred

Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of electrophysiology and cardiac catheterization
Skilled in sterile technique and infection control
Strong communication and mentoring abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment
