Location: Breckenridge, Minnesota

Start Date: 06-15-2026

End Date: 09-14-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: 24 hours on, 24 hours on call (10 minutes response), 24 on, 24 on call, 96 hours off. This may change but would be communicated a minimum of 30 days before any schedule change. Weekend and holiday requirements as per schedule rotation.

Hours per Week: 48

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provides professional and compassionate care to patients of all ages
  • Individualizes patient care to reflect current needs
  • Performs patient assessments and takes appropriate action
  • Administers medications utilizing the 5 Rights
  • Coordinates patient care with ancillary departments

Qualifications

  • Active Paramedic License
  • NREMT-P certification
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
  • Minnesota license required
  • ND license or compact license with proof of 'privilege to practice'

Education

  • Paramedic training and certification

Knowledge & Skills

  • ALS level of care
  • Patient assessment
  • Medication administration
  • CPAP, BiPAP, Ventilators
  • Intubation experience preferred
