Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours per week
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ED
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement patient care
- Triage patients efficiently and prioritize care based on acuity levels
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions with precision
- Document patient information accurately in Meditech
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license (Tennessee or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications
- Strong sepsis and stroke care skills
- Experience with Meditech documentation system
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in emergency nursing procedures and protocols
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Strong critical thinking and triage skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
