Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to seniors
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Assist with daily living activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Document patient progress accurately
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Maintain infection control standards
- Respond to emergencies promptly
- Support family communication
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in NY
- Current active license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in senior care or nursing home
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
- CPR certification
