Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Take dental x-rays and assess oral conditions
Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure optimal patient experience

Qualifications

Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Experience with dental software and digital x-rays
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
