Roles & Responsibilities

Perform dental cleanings and oral health assessments
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
Document patient care and update medical histories
Assist dentist during procedures when necessary
Maintain a clean and sterile clinical environment

Qualifications

Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
Current CPR certification
Strong attention to detail and patient care focus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in dental instruments and sterilization techniques
Knowledge of dental software and record keeping
Understanding of infection control protocols
Ability to educate and motivate patients
Adaptability to different practice environments
