Roles & Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and patient assessments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
Assist dentist during examinations and procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans

Qualifications

Current Virginia Dental Hygienist license required
Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
CPR certification preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in dental software and digital radiography
Strong infection control and sterilization practices
Patient education and chairside manner
Team collaboration and adaptability
