Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
Perform patient assessments and take medical histories
Clean teeth, apply sealants and fluoride treatments
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure quality care

Qualifications

Active Dental Hygienist license in Maryland
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
Knowledge of infection control protocols
Experience with electronic dental records preferred
Excellent patient education and chairside manner
