Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistance to patients
• Work with rehabilitation therapy team to achieve patient goals
• Implement treatment plans as directed by occupational therapists

Qualifications

• Current COTA certification required
• Active state license in California
• Experience in rehabilitation therapy

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant studies

Knowledge & Skills

• Occupational therapy principles and practices
• Rehabilitation therapy techniques
• Communication and interpersonal skills
