Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Assist with safe patient transfers, positioning, and mobility
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for patients
Document care accurately and timely in the patient record
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Active ability to work in Pennsylvania (authorization to work in the U.S.)
Recent clinical experience or successful completion of a CNA program
Up-to-date immunizations and TB screening per facility policy
Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required
Dependable, compassionate, and able to work 8-hour shifts

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completed Certified Nursing Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong basic nursing skills including bathing, feeding, and toileting assistance
Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
Knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic charting and documentation proficiency
