Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Support patient comfort, hygiene, mobility, and safety
- Record care provided accurately and promptly
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
- Work closely with nurses and the care team to promote positive patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant credentials are required
- Patient care experience is welcomed
- Ability to work an overnight 12-hour shift
- Strong commitment to compassionate, respectful patient care
- Reliable communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assistance and activities of daily living
- Basic patient safety and comfort practices
- Observation and reporting of patient changes
- Clear communication with patients, families, and clinical staff
- Dependable teamwork in a healthcare setting
- Accurate care documentation
