Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to patients
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Document patient observations accurately and promptly
• Support nursing staff with vital sign monitoring and patient mobility
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in California
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Basic computer literacy for charting

Knowledge & Skills

• Fundamentals of patient care and hygiene
• Understanding of infection control protocols
• Basic anatomy and physiology
• Effective time management
• Compassionate patient interaction
