Candidate Pay Rate: $49.58 - $35.2 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws and specimen collections with confidence and care
- Follow laboratory procedures to ensure accurate sample handling and processing
- Verify patient information and label specimens meticulously
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Provide a compassionate experience for patients of all ages, including pediatric patients
- Collaborate with the laboratory team to support efficient daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician
- Current California State Phlebotomy Licensure
- Current CPR and BLS for Healthcare Providers
- Pediatric phlebotomy experience is a plus
- Bilingual in English/Arabic/Chaldean preferred, but not required
- Strong medical terminology knowledge
Education
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent

- Phlebotomy techniques and best practices
- Laboratory procedures and specimen processing
- Medical terminology proficiency
- Pediatric patient care skills
- Bilingual communication abilities (English/Arabic/Chaldean)
