Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized occupational therapy interventions under the guidance of a supervising OT
• Document patient progress with accuracy and timeliness to support seamless care
• Educate patients and families on strategies to build functional independence
• Communicate patient status clearly with the supervising OT
• Uphold safety, infection control, and compliance protocols to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active Iowa COTA license or ability to obtain
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills
• A passion for helping patients restore function and independence
