Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
Help create a warm, welcoming environment for residents and families
Support residents in maintaining their dignity and independence

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in Maine
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate approach to resident care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care techniques
Infection control practices
Vital signs monitoring
Documentation and reporting
Resident safety protocols
