Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Support safe mobility, positioning, and comfort throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
• Collaborate with facility staff to deliver dependable, resident-centered care

Qualifications

• Bring current Certified Nursing Assistant credentials
• Provide state or federally issued identification as required by the facility
• Wear a photo badge while working at the facility
• Meet applicable COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption requirements
• Be available for the full rotating schedule, including weekends and holiday weeks

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of compassionate resident care practices
• Skill in assisting with activities of daily living
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with nurses and care teams
• Dependable attendance and adaptability in a rotating schedule
• Commitment to resident safety, dignity, and respect
