Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC (Night shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $72 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care and assist patients with activities of daily living
Monitor patients and report changes in condition to nursing staff promptly
Support patient safety and dignity while following facility policies and infection control practices
Accurately document care and observations in the patient record
Work collaboratively with nurses and multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent care
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Class: CNA)
Availability to work night shifts: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, scheduled Friday through Tuesday
Ability to work in a registry coverage setting and adapt to facility processes
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

Completion of an approved CNA training program and active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled at assisting with activities of daily living and basic patient care
Knowledgeable in infection control and patient safety practices
Comfortable with accurate documentation and reporting
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a care team
Time management and prioritization during busy night shifts
