Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and daily living support
- Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and comfort needs
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful care environment
- Document care and communicate important updates accurately
- Support each patient with dignity, patience, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant credential required
- Ability to provide compassionate care in a night shift setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient safety, dignity, and quality care
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of basic patient care practices
- Patient observation and condition reporting
- Safe mobility and transfer techniques
- Personal hygiene and activities of daily living support
- Clear communication with patients, families, and clinical staff
- Dependable teamwork and compassionate bedside manner
