Shift Notes: 2p-10p ALL weekends /Must be willing to float to other units as needed/Blocked scheduling will NOT be approved |

Candidate Pay Rate: $31.50 per hour

Education
- 1 year experience in LTC - [REQUIRED]
- High School diploma or equivalent - [REQUIRED]
- Travel experience - [REQUIRED]
- BLS (Must be AHA) -[ REQUIRED]
- Must have successful work work history showing stayed at previous work longer then 13 weeks - [REQUIRED]
- No disciplinary action in effect against certification - [REQUIRED]
- Resume (Perm address must be included in profile)
- Skills checklist specific to the discipline (within the last year)
- 2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment
- License/Certifications - Must be active at time of submission
