Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Provide compassionate care and companionship to residents
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Document patient care and observations accurately
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in New Mexico required
• BLS certification preferred
• Compassionate and reliable attitude with a patient-first mindset
• Ability to work weekends as part of this role

• Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail in documentation and care delivery
