Shift Type: Wednesday-Friday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
Help create a warm, supportive environment where residents feel at home
Collaborate with the care team to ensure each resident receives personalized attention

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in New Mexico
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required

Effective communication with residents and families
Time management and prioritization
