Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform patient care procedures including blood draws, injections, and lab tests in a supportive and compassionate manner
• Assist physicians during examinations and treatments, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked exam rooms to facilitate quality care
• Communicate with patients via phone to provide instructions and answer questions as directed by the physician
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with current certification
• At least 2 years of formal Medical Assistant training or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to perform clinical procedures including blood draws and injections

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Skills in blood draws, injections, and vital signs measurement
• Proficiency in maintaining patient records and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
