Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Catheterization
Location: Miami, Florida
Start Date: 07-13-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday with on-call requirements
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Scrub and assist in cardiac catheterization procedures
- Perform cerebral angiograms, stenting, and balloon procedures
- Operate GE equipment and document in Meditech and MacLab
- Prepare and maintain sterile field for procedures
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians to provide patient care
- Participate in on-call rotation for STEMI emergencies
Qualifications
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cath Lab
- Ability to scrub and handle a fast-paced environment
- RCIS or ARRT certification preferred
- Experience with Meditech and MacLab documentation systems
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
- Skilled in scrubbing for cardiac and vascular cases
- Familiarity with GE imaging equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptable to changing patient volumes and on-call demands
