Cath Lab Technician
Location: Columbus, OH
Start Date: 08-30-2026
End Date: 11-28-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Day shift, 4x10s (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM), rotating days off, with 14 days of call every 6 weeks and every 3rd weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $72 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization procedures
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and hemodynamic data throughout procedures
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment and hemodynamic monitoring systems
- Document patient records and procedure details accurately
- Ensure a sterile environment and adhere to strict safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current BLS certification required
- Active state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist or equivalent
- Previous Cath Lab experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and call
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and hemodynamics
- Proficiency in operating fluoroscopy and imaging equipment
- Understanding of sterile techniques and infection control
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
