Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing patients for procedures
- Demonstrate ability to obtain hemostasis safely after procedures
- Utilize x-ray equipment accurately and independently
- Ensure radiation safety compliance during procedures
- Monitor and document procedures performed in the Cath Lab
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Radiologic Sciences or Cardiovascular Technology
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Technologist, Radiography (ARRT)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
- 1.5 years of experience in diagnostic radiology
Education
- Associate Degree in Radiologic Sciences or Cardiovascular Technology
