Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform left and right heart catheterizations to diagnose and treat cardiac conditions.
• Conduct drug studies and advanced procedures such as TAVR, TMVR, and Mitral Clip.
• Titrate IV drips independently to maintain optimal patient hemodynamics.
• Manage Impella and IABP support for critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality cardiac care.
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in the EMR.
• Provide education and support to patients and families during complex procedures.
• Participate in unit rounds and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire.
• ACLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Impella and IABP devices.
• Proficiency in IV drip titration and cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
