Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures including left and right heart catheterizations
• Assist with pacemaker and ICD implants, Watchman procedures, and EP ablations including PFA
• Provide moderate sedation and closely monitor patients during procedures as part of a three-member team
• Collaborate with cardiologists, cath lab techs, and nursing staff to ensure safe, efficient procedural outcomes
• Float to the Pre/Post Cath Department as needed to support patient care

Qualifications

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of cardiac cath lab experience
• Experience with electrophysiology ablations preferred
• Strong team player with flexibility to adapt to changing procedural volumes

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with left and right heart caths, pacemaker/ICD, Watchman, IR procedures, vascular, and EP ablations
• Experience using Phillips and Siemens fluoro equipment
• Understanding of universal precautions and procedural timeout procedures
• Skilled in moderate sedation administration and patient monitoring
