Roles & Responsibilities

• Process requisitions and move them smoothly through the approval pipeline
• Place rush orders to keep day-to-day operations running without a hitch
• Close out open orders and keep purchasing records clean and accurate
• Resolve credit holds quickly so supply never slows down
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to keep the supply chain humming
• Track order status and follow up proactively on pending purchases

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution, OR an Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Three (3) years of related experience, OR six (6) years of experience as a Buyer in lieu of a degree
• Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods
• Detail-oriented with a knack for keeping multiple orders organized
• Comfortable working on-site in Cleveland, OH
