Roles & Responsibilities

• Observe patients and provide direct care support in a high‑acuity behavioral health setting
• Monitor client behavior and document observations accurately
• Assist licensed mental health professionals with treatment plans and interventions
• Respond to crises and de‑escalate situations using CPI techniques
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for up to 120 inpatient beds

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months current Behavioral Health Technician experience
• Current BLS certification
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for patients
• Ability to work day or night shifts as needed
