Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire teams to deliver excellent results and foster a positive culture

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare, operations, or a related industry
- Strong people-management skills with a track record of developing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfort with data-driven decision making and performance metrics
- Preferred certifications: PMP, Lean/Six Sigma, or healthcare leadership credentials
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Master's degree (MBA or MHA) is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
