Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment with precision and care
Evaluate images for technical quality to ensure accurate diagnostics
Provide X-ray services in ED, inpatient, and portable settings
Support OR procedures and adapt to peds and neonates as needed
Work with students at Grady and perform competency check-offs
Float between departments as needed to support patient care

Qualifications

ARRT certification required
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year level 1 trauma experience or 2-3 years at a large bed trauma level 2 facility
Graduated from a JRCERT/ARRT approved program
Comfortable working in ED, inpatient, and portable environments

Education

Graduated from a JRCERT/ARRT approved program

Knowledge & Skills

X-ray and radiologic equipment operation
Fluoroscopic equipment proficiency
EPIC and Sectra EMR systems
GE, Phillips, and CareStream equipment
Level 1 or large level 2 trauma experience
Willingness to learn peds and neonates
