Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in need
Assess and triage urgent cases with speed and precision
Collaborate with the ED team to stabilize and treat
Monitor patient conditions and respond to critical changes
Advocate for patients during high-pressure moments

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
Emergency Department or ER experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Education

RN degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills
Excellent prioritization under pressure
Team collaboration in high-stakes settings
Proficiency with ED protocols and equipment
