Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry readings
Manage post-surgical patients including appendectomies and cholecystectomies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Float to sister facility in Mesa if needed

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Must pass dysrhythmia exam with 80% within two attempts
Minimum 0 years of experience (open to new travelers?) – but prefer experienced MS/Tele nurses
Driver's license required at time of submittal

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation
Experience with post-surgical and medical-surgical patient care
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to float and adapt to different units
