Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate med/surg care to pediatric patients
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Educate families and support healing journeys
Champion safety and quality in every shift

Qualifications

Active RN license in Missouri
Pediatric med/surg nursing experience preferred
BLS certification required
Passionate about caring for children
Strong clinical skills and teamwork spirit

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Current RN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric assessment and intervention
Medication administration expertise
Family-centered communication
Electronic health record proficiency
Crisis management in pediatric settings
