Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional critical care to ICU patients
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Advocate fiercely for patients during their most vulnerable moments

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
ICU nursing experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications
Compassionate demeanor with a cool head under pressure

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Strong assessment skills for critically ill patients
Proficiency with ICU-specific equipment and protocols
